We'll confirm the expected collection or delivery timeframe once your order has been placed and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Tiny Tides currently offers local delivery to selected areas of Grand Cayman. Delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout.
Can I exchange an item?
We understand that sometimes a different size or color works better. Eligible unused items may be exchanged within seven days.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, if available. We'll review the issue and work with you to put things right.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom gifts?
